Where’s the most unusual place you’ve been?

A secret market in the centre of Cairo city. We only found out about it because an expat friend lived there, though you could only go if accompanied by a local Egyptian - luckily we were.

And what's the most unusual thing you’ve eaten?

Not that unusual but in a French restaurant I had frogs legs - a bit chewy but nice.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

Our new home (so far) and too many clothes to mention!

What program do you turn off if it’s on?

Any kind of reality TV!

How does your ideal day off look?

Up early for a run. Lots of time spent with family and friends, interrupted by good food and wine - all preferably outside in a beautiful location in the sunshine.

If magic was real, what would you do first?

Pay off our mortgage!

What makes you roll your eyes every time you hear it?

He/she needs more time.....

What would a world populated by clones of you be like?

Boringly organised and very fast-paced!

Finally, give us a 2yo to follow…

Many of them are broken in by my husband Tim and his team so I get to see them plenty. We have some very exciting homebred 2yos still to run but one in particular that is Middle Earth, a Roaring Lion half-brother to Buckaroo. He was a really smart colt, a good mover with an excellent brain.
