Tweenhills consign 975,000gns mare Big Brothers Pride
Tweenhills consigned the third highest-priced lot at the 2019 December Mares Sales at Tattersalls in Big Brothers Pride who made 975,000gns.
Big Brothers Pride was a Gr.3 sprint winner in France in April for Kin Hung Kei & Qatar Racing Limited. She also had a stunning pedigree as an Invincible Spirit half-sister to Gr.1 Prix Maurice de Gheest winner Polydream and dual Listed winner Evaporation.
Three-year-old Big Brothers Pride was bought by BBA Ireland's Eamonn Reilly for "an American syndicate" and will probably be retired to the breeding paddocks now.
She had been bought by Tweenhills' David Redvers and Meridian International's Ghislain Bozo for €400,000 at the Arqana Deauville August Yearling Sale.
We wish her new connections - and those of all the mares and foals sold by Tweenhills at Tattersalls over the last week - the very best of luck in the future.
