Tweenhills’ Zoustar filly flies in Tattersalls Online Sale

A yearling filly consigned by Tweenhills easily topped the Tattersalls November Online Sale on Wednesday among the horses sold. The only lot to sell for higher was a breeding right to stallion Palace Pier. 

The filly made 86,000gns and was by Zoustar out of Gr.3 winner Farmah. This makes her a half-sister to Stakes-placed pair Running Queen and Zawaaya. Farmah is also the dam of RP 98-rated Momarasa.

The yearling filly is a stunner and was bred by David and Fiona Howden, out of Farmah who they purchased via David Redvers for 500,000gns at the 2021 Tattersalls December Mare Sale. Running Queen runs at Southwell on Thursday ahead of this year’s Tattersalls Mare Sale. 

The successful purchaser of the Zoustar filly was Newmarket trainer James Tate. We wish her new connections the very best of luck and can’t wait to see her race as a 2yo in 2026.
