Charm Spirit filly Joliette comples the hat-trick
Charm Spirit's daughter Joliette continued her progression when winning her third race on the spin in Australia on Sunday.
After wins in a 1400m maiden on the Gold Coast and 1350m Class 1 event at Ipswich, Joliette lined up as narrow favourite for a three-year-old handicap over over 1680m at the latter track over the weekend.
She didn't let her supporters down either, winning by a quarter of a length from second favourite Miss Cavallo. Joliette gave weight to the whole field and it would take a brave person to bet against her complete the four-timer.
After Glen Colless had ridden her the time before, Michael Cahill got back on the Chris Waller-trained three-year-old.
Jolietter is New Zealand-bred out of the Thorn Park mare Burlesque. She was bred by our friends at Windsor Park Stud.
