Son of Kameko bolts up at Kempton

Kameko’s 3yo son Luansobe hacked up in a 7f handicap at Kempton on Wednesday and is clearly well ahead of his mark of 81. 

Luansobe had won at Wolverhampton in April, and he returned to the all-weather with a deeply impressive victory at Kempton, slicing through the field without any fuss. 

In the hands of Harry Davies for the first time, Luansobe made smooth progress from 2f out and his the line with more in hand than the winning margin of 1¼ lengths suggests. 

Luansobe has now won two of his three starts on the all-weather and looks an exciting winter horse for Charlie Fellowes and owner Dahab Racing. 

Luansobe was bred by Plantation Stud and sold by them for €32,000 as a foal to ABC Bloodstock. He was then resold by Lynn Lodge Stud for €65,000 as a yearling to Will Douglass and Charlie Gordon-Watson.
