Kameko
Three Kameko winners in three days
Kameko had three winners in days at the end of January, with two of those winners sold in utero by Tweenhills at the Tattersalls December Mare Sale.
First up was Thon Khitchiba, the 3yo filly out of Kiyoshi who won over 1700m at Sanliurfa in Turkey. That was her first victory and her dam – a Gr.3 Royal Ascot winner – had been purchased from Tweenhills for 18,000gns in 2022 by Turquoise Bloodstock Agency / Kayhan Ozcan.
The 3yo Kameko filly out of Little Voice had failed to find a new owner at two breeze-up sales in 2025 but she won a 2000m maiden at Pisa in Italy last week. Now named Lady Beaumont, she has also finished placed in three of her other four starts for Stefano Botti.
Finally, also in Italy, the 3yo colt out of Multicultural – named Immortal Warrior – won a 1800m maiden at Napoli on Jan 31. He had also finished third on one of his two previous outings for Endo Botti and looks likely to win again.
Kameko and our new stallion King Of Change will be parading at Longholes Stud, CB8 9EJ on Thursday 5th February during the Tattersalls February Sale. They will be showing between 8:30am and 3:30pm with no appointment needed.
