Victoire en Frances pour Havana Gold

Havana Gold struck with his first winner in France last night as First Name Terms landed the Prix Virage Radio (Prix des Fleurs) Conditions race at Lyon-Parilly.

The colt's victory was the seventh individual two-year-old winner for Havana Gold, who is the leading first-season sire in Europe by prize money.

Trained by Matthieu Palussiere for owner Mrs Theresa Marnane, First Name Terms, was bred by D R Tucker. A half-brother to winner The Artiste, he is out of the Stakes performing mare Ares Choix (Choisir), a half-sister to the Gr.3 Chartwell Stakes winner Emerald Star (Mount Nelson).
