1/50th share in Kameko sells for €180,000

The first share in our record-breaking Classic winner Kameko sold for €180,000 to Wertheimer et Frère at the Arqana November Online Sale.

Kameko has enjoyed a stellar year with his first 2yos on the racecourse, siring Gr.1 winner New Century and Gr.2 winner Wimbledon Hawkeye, and the first share to be offered in him as a stallion was snapped up by renowned owner-breeders Wertheimer et Frère.

Wertheimer et Frère’s blue and white colours have been carried to vast success by the likes of wondermare Goldikova, Polydream and Solow, and more recent Gr.1 winner Junko, Sosie, Double Major and Kelina.
